Melissa Rauch, known for her role in The Big Bang Theory, initially signed up as a producer for the Night Court reboot. However, when John Larroquette joined the cast and offered her a role, she changed her mind and decided to appear on camera instead.
Rauch fell in love with the script and didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to work with Larroquette. Although The Big Bang Theory is still on her mind, Rauch isn't eager for a reboot anytime soon.
