Supernatural was known for its dramatic deaths, but according to Jared Padalecki, Bobby's passing hit him the hardest. He felt that there was something final about it and that it signaled a major shift in the show. Even CW's president agreed that it was great television, but we're still not over it! Interestingly, Jensen Ackles predicted that when Sam died for real, it would be good TV, but when Dean survived, it would be great TV.
