Carrie and David Grant, famous as vocal coaches on TV talent shows and for bands such as Take That and Spice Girls, have written a parenting guide called "A Very Modern Family," which charts their journey raising four children, all of whom are neuro-divergent and three of whom have identified as non-binary. The Grants had to become experts on a range of conditions including ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia and DMDD. They noticed the overlap between neuro-diverse and gender dysphoria. Tylan, their child who recently underwent top surgery, was made non-binary in Hollyoaks in 2020. Nathan is in treatment for violent outbursts.
