Texas Woman Arrested for Allegedly Leaving 50 Pounds of 'Human S---' Outside of Police Station

A woman in Electra, Texas was arrested for leaving buckets of human waste in front of a police station. The police officer who witnessed the incident recognized the voice of Mindy Stephens, wife of the town's Assistant Fire Chief and contacted the city administrator to request she retrieve the buckets. When she refused, a wastewater employee was called to pick them up. Stephens was charged with illegal dumping of over five pounds but less than 500 pounds of waste and released on $2,000 bond. The arrest warrant was executed on December 1st.
