Priscilla and Marvin Gray from Texas welcomed their third child, Ja'bari Gray, into the world on New Year's Day. However, their joy was short-lived when they discovered that their son was born missing most of his skin. He weighed only 3 pounds and had skin only on his head and legs.The Grays were shocked and scared by their son's condition, and Priscilla said that she was confused and lost when the doctors explained what was going on. They are hopeful that Ja'bari will receive the best possible care in order to manage his condition.
