Frank Robers, a man from Bremen, Germany, allegedly killed his wife and two young daughters before starting a house fire and burning himself alive on April 22. Investigators suspect that he strangled his wife, stabbed her, and suffocated their children, but the autopsy did not confirm if they were drugged. After the murders, he laid down next to his wife, who was a teacher, and set their home on fire. Senior Public Prosecutor Frank Passade stated that Robers died from smoke inhalation.
