Jack Rigby, the 12-year-old son of Lee Rigby, who was brutally killed by ISIS extremists in London in 2013, has spoken for the first time about how he copes with his father's death. Jack, who was just two years old when his father was murdered, has decided to raise money for bereaved military children by completing a marathon course. He plans to complete the marathon over the course of a month and hopes to raise £10,000 to mark the anniversary of his father's death - £1,000 for every year his father has been gone. Jack said exercising helps him to cope with grief, and going on a long walk or run is a nice break that reminds him it's not all bad.
