Widow who won £166,000 on a lottery ticket bought by her late husband

A woman named Lesley McNally won £166,666 in People's Postcode Lottery's new Millionaire Street prize draw. Her deceased husband had bought the winning ticket shortly before dying of a heart attack, leaving their plans to renovate their bungalow unfinished. The first ever Millionaire Street prize draw was won by Lesley's street - Moss Bank Road (M27 9UY) in Swinton, Greater Manchester. Twelve tickets had been bought by eight different households, making each ticket worth £83,333. Lesley shared her winnings with her three grown-up sons, and Chris Leonard, one of her neighbors, landed the street's biggest prize of £249,999. The prize money will help Lesley realize the renovation plans she had with her late husband.
