Celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal treated 17-year-old Oli Ross, who is battling a terminal brain tumour, to an eight-course lunch at his two Michelin-starred restaurant in West London. Blumenthal even made Oli's favourite Banoffee pie flavoured ice cream by hand cranking the liquid nitrogen machine and introduced him to caviar which the teen loved so much he ended up stealing some of his mother's. Oli, who is a big fan of Blumenthal, said he would have been a chef himself if not for his illness. The special meal was arranged by the charity Taylor Made Dreams which helps children with life-limiting illnesses achieve their dreams and supports their families.
