A mother from Alabama, Melissa Simms, was having a tough day when she went to the doctor's with her sick son and realized she didn't have enough money for her co-pay. While waiting in the reception area, a stranger gave an envelope to Simms' son to pass on to her. Inside the envelope, there was a note that read "Hang in there" and contained $100. The woman who gave the envelope also included a Bible verse, "Joshua 1:9." Simms was moved to tears by the stranger's generosity and shared her story on Facebook in hopes of finding her. She wants to thank the woman and pay it forward one day.
